My name is Daniel Lanford. I created this business from a culmination of many passions–serving others, excellence and gaining new perspectives–to name just a few.

I love a challenge. It makes my day when my work is used to help someone or a company sell a listing or find a problem with an asset early on, enabling them to repair it safely.

This business was born from putting all that together with a vision I have for my life. I'm not in this to make money as I have skills and an education that could make me more money than I need.
